Were you once a Scentsy Consultant but your account was terminated due to inactivity?  Perhaps you self-terminated your account because things were going on in your life and there just wasn’t room for Scentsy.  No matter what the reasoning, you can apply to reinstate your Scentsy account and it is free of charge to do so!

If your account has been deactivated for over 3 months of time, you are able to apply to reinstate your account.  There are three different ways that you can reinstate  your account.

1) Log In to your Scentsy Account

You can go to https://www.workstation.scentsy.com and use your old Scentsy ID number and password to log into your account.  When you do this, you will see the option to reinstate your account with your past sponsor or you will have the option to choose a new sponsor.  If you are looking for a new sponsor, I would be honored to mentor you and guide you through re-starting your Scentsy business.  My name in Scentsy records is Jami Sullins and I am located in Oklahoma.  If you need my consultant ID, it is 16608.  With that information, you should be able to choose me as your sponsor at reinstatement.  Simply complete the questions it asks, and  your account can be digitally reinstated within seconds.

2) Email Accountservices@Scentsy.com

If you do not remember your account number or your password, no worries.  You can simply shoot an email to accountservices@scentsy.com.  They will need some basic information from you.  Again, you will have the option to change sponsors and I would love to mentor you.  Just tell them that you want to change your sponsor to Jami Sullins, ID 16608 and they will get that change made.

3) Call Consultant Support at 877-855-0617

The third option for reinstating your account is to call Consultant Support at 877-855-0617.  They will need the same information as stated in the email section above.

There is not a monthly fee associated with being a Scentsy consultant.  However, you have the option of using Scentsy as your personal website provider for just $15 per month.  When you reinstate your account, you will be given the option of adding this to your account.  Personally, I highly recommend this for your  business.  We are living in a world where online shopping and internet purchases are King, and if you do not have a PWS (personal website), you could miss out on several sale opportunities.  There are also a few things that you would not be able to participate in through Scentsy without the enrollment of the PWS.  You would not be able to participate in Flash Sales or Warehouse Sales.  You also would not be able to enroll team members or downline without a PWS.  For these reasons alone, I would consider it essential to have that website.

While it is free to reinstate your Scentsy account, if you have been away from the company for a while, it can be beneficial to get some supplies so you are up-to-date on all the products and wax testers.  You can purchase items like catalogs, product  lists, testers, and samples separately or you can purchase the Reinstatement Kit for $59USD/$77CAD plus applicable tax and shipping.  This kit includes:

Classic Curve-Gloss Gray Warmer

Black Raspberry Vanilla Scentsy Bar

Vanillamint Counter Clean

Make a Splash Hand Cream

Sping/Summer 2023 Fragrance Tester Set

Consultant Guide

Product Training Guide

Spring/Summer 2023 Catalogs (1 pack of 20)

Spring/Summer 2023 Product Lists (1 pad of 50 sheets)

Host/Join Brochures (1 pack of 25)

Order Forms (1 pack of 100)

This kit is valued at $123.50USD.  Since the kit is discounted, you will not receive PRV or commissions on the kit purchased.

What do I do once I have reinstated my account?

A partnership with Scentsy has very little dictation about how you must run your business, so there is little guidance on what should be done at this point.  However, you MUST be active in the month of your reinstatement.  This means that you  must have at least 200 PRV (personal retail volume) in sales in that month.  Since this is the case, the one thing you must do when you reinstate your account is work on getting sales.  These sales can be through your PWS (personal website) or from you inputting individual orders from customers  yourself.

There are many ways that you can sell Scentsy, but here are just a few:

1.) Social Media Presence: We are currently in a world where the majority of people have a presence on social media.  You can use this to your advantage and announce that you are now a Scentsy consultant and let people know that if they need Scentsy, they should contact you.  I will give you these tips and warnings though:

  • Do Not flood your personal social media wall with graphics and postings of products.  Social Media friends are just that-friends.  Keep it that way!  Make sure to have a good balance of life stuff and business stuff.
  • Do Not offer personal specials publicly on social media.  This is against compliance with Scentsy and you will be contacted by corporate.
  • Do show you using and loving Scentsy products.  People respond well to posts about products and/or companies that their friends love.  Rather than selling, focus on sharing the products.

2.) Host a Re-Lauch Party: We all love to get our friends together and have a good time.  Consider opening your home or meeting at a local place for a Sip-N-Sniff where your friends and family can look through a catalog while interacting and smelling the amazing scent testers.

3.) Re-connect with Past Customers: I would encourage you to reach out to your past customers and see if they need to replenish their Scentsy stock.

4.) Text, Private Message, or Call your friends and family: I am not talking about cold calling people that you do not have a relationship with.  I am suggesting that you reach out to the people that are currently present in your life and would be happy to support you.  Let them know you have reinstated your account and are looking forward to giving this partnership another try.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about reinstating your Scentsy account or any other Scentsy questions you have.
