It’s one of our Christmas warmers that I had on my list the minute I saw the holiday brochure I missed. So excited to see this warmer. Now, I will tell you this warmer is not gonna go in my house. It doesn’t really fit my Christmas decor, but it is a gift for someone, and I can’t even say who because that person might just be watching this channel. So in a second, I’m gonna show you one of the most adorable Christmas warmers. But first I want to thank you and welcome you to this channel. My name is Jami Jo. Let’s jump right into this unboxing. I need to move my coffee so I don’t knock it down. What are we unboxing? It is jolly old Saint Nick. Now, I have someone in my life that collects Santa Claus things and decorates in all things Santa. So I might have just given it away, but this is going to be a gift for someone in my life. Let’s go ahead and unbox it and see what we’ve got here. Now, this warmer has a very interesting look and that’s one thing that we’re going to talk about because it looks like a material that it, it isn’t. So first we have the dish. I mean, that’s pretty basic. Every warmer has a dish somewhere. Here’s the top. How cute Do you guys see what I’m saying? It, it looks like it’s wood, right? We’re gonna get it all put together and then we’re gonna talk about it.
Alright, we’ve got this. Let’s get the plastic all off. Light bulb. All of our warmers, if they take a light bulb, they come with a light bulb. Not all warmers take a light bulb, though. Some of them are element warmers, and so they just have a heating plate built into the warmer. All
Right, how cute. Oh my gosh, love it. Let’s get it all put together. So, you know, let’s go ahead and put the light bulb in it and see. I don’t think it’s gonna make much difference when this one is lit up just because it is that thick ceramic. Um, but let’s see. I, I don’t think it’s gonna make much difference. Let’s throw it in there just in case though. Looks like it does take a 20 watt light bulb. Little tip for you guys, I will show you in just a second. If you’re not sure if you have a Scentsy warmer that the light bulb has burned out and you aren’t sure what size light bulb, a lot of them will have it marked on the bottom. This one has it on the tag. So if you just find the tag, see that little light bulb and it has a 20 w that tells me it takes a 20 watt light bulb.
Also, Google’s your friend. If you don’t know about Google images, Google images is your friend. You could take a picture of the warmer through Google, like go to Google up at the top, there’s gonna be like the, the little bar where you type stuff in. There’ll be a little square with like a, I think it’s a camera icon in it. Click that and take a picture of whatever you’re trying to find information on. Guys, this is life tips here. This is not just Scentsy tips, this is life tips. Take a picture of whatever you’re looking for and Google will use the image of what you’ve taken a picture of to search. And then you can find it that way. If you don’t know the name of your warmer, if you know the name of your warmer, oh, here’s another tip I wanna show you. Look at me with all the helpful tips today.
So Scentsy started doing this, you can see on the bottom of that dish, do you see right under where it says Scentsy, it has the number four. That means that Scentsy recommends four cubes of wax in this dish. So our older warmers aren’t gonna have that. Our newer warmers are all labeled. I don’t have another one right here that I can show you. All those have wax in ’em behind me, <laugh>. Um, but all of them are labeled with the number of recommended cubes. Of course, you can always put less. I probably wouldn’t put more ’cause it might overflow. You could always put less O gracious. How adorable is he? Okay, here’s some things that I absolutely love about this old saint knit warmer. First of all, guys, this looks like wood. That looks like it’s carved from wood, but you can hear the clink of the, of the lid there. This is a ceramic warmer. How precious is that? Love, love, love. Oh, we were gonna turn it on. Yeah, let’s plug it in. Let’s do that. Pull out a little bit more of the cord. Yeah, he doesn’t change much. That was pretty anti-climatic, even
Though I didn’t have it on camera for you guys. It just has a couple of the light holes in the back. Now these are fun to like shine on the wall and it will do that. So that’s kind of cool. This one of course does have the lid. I will tell you, I, uh, I have not warmed wax in this obviously, ’cause I just unboxed it. Typically, I have kind of poo-pooed on the idea of warmers with lids. I think it blocks a lot of the scent throw, but I will notice that this lid has tons of holes. I think this lid has way more holes than some of our lidded warmers in the past. So hopefully it will have a little bit better scent throw than some of our other litted warmers. But how are you gonna do a Santa Claus without his hat?
I mean, that’s not even possible. So it, it’s kind of a, a must have there this warmer, so, so cute for anyone that collects or decorates with Santa Claus. Now, what is a warmer without some wax, right? So I pulled just a couple. We’re just gonna talk about three different fragrances here. These are, in my opinion, the Christmas three pack. Like if you are gifting a Christmas item and a Christmas warmer and you need some wax to go with it, these three bars scream Christmas. Now the first recommendation I have is very snowy spruce. This has been one of my favorites for so long. To me it’s just Christmas tree that’s ex, there’s no other way to describe it. This smells like a Christmas tree. Now here’s a fun tip with very snowy spruce. I use an artificial tree in my house, but I have very snowy spruce, like in all the scented things around it.
So I have a wall fan diffuser behind it with some very snowy spruce in it. I will put very snowy spruce in the warmer that’s nearby. I’ve been known to get the scent circles in very snowy spruce and kind of hide them in the tree as well. So I love my artificial tree to fake people out and smell like a real tree. Very snowy spruce is the way to do that. My next recommendation, honestly, not one of my favorites, honestly, I don’t like it at all, but many people do. I’m not even gonna open this and smell it ’cause it gives me a little bit of a headache. But if you love cinnamon clove, all the spiciness of the holiday season, this is for you. You know those Christmas stores when you walk in, like the minute you walk in, you’re like, boom, and Christmas smacks you in the face.
That’s what this fragrance is. It’s very strong, it’s very noticeable, and it’s very quintessential Christmas. I still don’t know how to say that word. Quintessential or quintessential. We’re just gonna roll with it. This guys cinnamon pine cones. This is one of my new fines and one of my new favorites. It’s so funny because I say I don’t like cinnamon, but cinnamon pine cones is one of my new favorite fragrances. It’s cinnamon, but it’s not like, make your eyes water cinnamon. It reminds me of those pine cones that they, I don’t know what they dip ’em in cinnamon or spray ’em with cinnamon. You usually find ’em at grocery stores. Typically in the holiday season, they’re at grocery stores in that little, uh, foyer part before you actually go into the store. I feel like every little small grocery store has those right there. Maybe not like the Walmarts and Targets, but the little hometown grocery stores all have those cinnamon pine cones, and this is exactly what they smell like.
So when I looked up the description of this, it’s pine cones and cinnamon. They got real creative on their naming of this bar. I love it. I think the, the woodiness of the pine cones kind of chills out the cinnamon and that’s why I could take it. So that is my recommendation of Christmas in a bar. Those three bars right there, and anyone that is decorating with Santa Claus’s absolutely needs this warmer. Now, this warmer is a limited time offer. He’s not guaranteed to stay in stock.
