Hey there friends, it’s Jami Jo from Jami Jo Sells Wax and if you have been following me for a while, you will notice that my background’s a little bit different today. So it’s been a crazy, crazy couple days. Let me give you the very short of the long story and then we’re gonna jump in and do a Best Scentsy Scents unboxing today. But let me fill you in on what’s going on and why I am coming to you from my living room. So Paul and I took a vacation last week. It was our 25th wedding anniversary. We headed off to Mexico to enjoy some sunshine, some beach. Had an amazing and lovely time in Yapa, Mexico. If you have never heard of it, I highly recommend that you check it out. But while we were there, there was a giant huge storm at home and it took out tons and tons of trees, quite a bit of damage around our town and the surrounding area. Luckily my parents checked on our house. Our house was completely fine, no damage there, but the kicker is no electricity. Now that happened on Saturday.
I am filming this on Wednesday and I still do not have power. So normally I film my videos downstairs in my office. I have a beautiful setup with with lovely lights and and microphones and all kinds of stuff. None of that’s working. I have zero power. But what I do have right in front of me here is a lovely window with natural light. So I am still filming this on my iPhone for you guys because I don’t want you guys to miss out on this and I want to open this box and check it out. So I thought I would just have you guys join me Now if you’re watching this and you’re like, I’ve never watched you before, I know nothing about you. Today we are doing an unboxing of the warmer of the month for July. So I’m filming this in June. I, that’s one of the perks of me being a Scentsy consultant is the fact that I get to see the warmer and smell the fragrance before it’s available for my customers. So I’ve opened up my box here and as you guys know, I have my, what did we call this? Ice packed wax. Yeah, so I live down in Oklahoma. It’s hotter than I don’t know what here it’s hot. So Scentsy in their warehouse, I know this cuz they’ve been there. They have a huge marker board in their warehouse and it lists out different zip codes that need to be ice packed.
And I promise you right now all of Oklahoma needs to be ice packed. So it does come in this, the wax so it doesn’t melt comes in this, it’s like a insulated bubble thing but it comes with an ice pack. Now this arrived while I was gone so it’s definitely fully thawed out by now, but normally it would still be melted and it helps my wax from not melting. Okay, so I told you this was the warmer and the scent of the month for July. I have already had a sneak sniff of Tian twilight and if you got our with box in June, you have had a sneak sniff of this as well because they did put it in that with box for June. I already knew I loved this fragrance and I really enjoy it because it’s a floral, but it’s not one of those florals that’s like super in your face gonna give you a headache.
Awful. Now I haven’t warmed it yet and I can’t warm it because I have no power, but I can tell you what it smells like right here and it smells delicious. So let me keep digging in this box so I can get the description of the technical scent notes that are in that. And then we have the warmer of the button. Let me keep digging. So in that box I get a collection of the wax bars I chose to get the warmer of the month. This month I get a package of scratch and sniff stickers and I get a package of flyers. So like I told you, that is a perk of being a Scentsy consultant. Guys, I don’t know if you can hear it. Like I told you, I’m in my living room. All our windows are open cause it’s the only air movement we have. We have no air conditioning, but I live right by a train track. So you might hear a train in the background. So if there’s a weird noise, that’s what it is. Okay, I am just squirreling today, so thank you for bearing with me. Tashan Twilight, a gentle wave of coastal waters brings together flirty passion, flour, pineapple and white woods for an evening in paradise. That’s interesting. I really thought there was gonna be more floral Best Scentsy Scents in there.
They have it as a fresh category. I totally would’ve listed it as a floral. Now I have to smell Best Scentsy Scents again. What was I off on? I don’t know. I still smell floral, a little woodsy, but to me there’s definitely floral in there. So if you like a lighter floral scent, woodsy fresh, I dunno, I was way off on my sniffer, but it smells good. I like it. Okay guys, I’m so excited about this warmer. It’s called prismatic. If you haven’t figured out purple’s my favorite color. Normally my hair’s bright purple, but you know, a week in the saltwater of the ocean and then not having any hair tools because I have no electricity anyway, my hair’s normally purple. There’s the dish. So you can see why I was bringing up purple. It is purple.
Pull this out. Oh my goodness gracious. I’ve seen pictures of this but I have not seen it in person. So excited guys, this is beautiful. Obviously I can’t plug it in to show you guys, but I’m gonna put some pictures at the end of this video of some of my friends pictures where they have plugged it in and shown how beautiful it is. It is purple, but it has like pink tendencies almost. I’ve seen it almost picking up red in some pictures. So I absolutely love this warmer. I wish I could plug it in for you guys. Wish I could plug in my air conditioner, wish I could plug in my hair dryer. Wish I could plug in all the things, but I can’t. But that’s okay. There are worse things in life than not having electricity. Okay, this warmer is going to be available July 1st and it is 10% off, which is heck of a deal.
