I am so excited about this new Harvest and Halloween collection that they have just launched out to us and I have an unboxing for us here today. I have not looked at this warmer in person yet, but if you are a fan of Scentsy and you are a Disney fan, then this is the warmer for you. I know when they showed us this warmer at uh, convention and they released it, everyone lost their mind over it. And having been to Disney a couple times and knowing how much people love all things Disney, I can see why this was a fan favorite. So we’re gonna unbox this warmer.
We are going to talk about the wax bar that goes along with it, and it is called Frightfully Delightful. But let’s jump right in. Let’s unbox this warmer and talk about why it’s so awesome. Okay, first of all, let’s talk about the packing packaging. You saw the front of it there. Here’s the top cute vines and all that good stuff. I stopped because as I opened this, I did not even know that this was going to happen. How cute is that Already as I am starting to open the box, it’s freaking adorable. I love it. Okay, so you’re gonna get your paper in there with all the instructions, you know, all that good stuff. Here’s our dish. How cute. It looks like the little vines of a pumpkin.
Absolutely love it. I love the quality of S Scentsy items. If you guys did not know, all of our warmers are hand painted, so you might see an imperfection here or there. Good on a warmer, but the reason for that is because it is hand painted. Oh, I love this. So many of our ceramic warmers are real shiny. This is almost like a matte finish. I don’t know if that comes through on the video, but it’s like a matte finish. It doesn’t have that super shiny finish that a lot of our warmers do. Oh my gosh, I love this. I mean, I’m not a huge Mickey fanatic like some of my friends are, but this is pretty dang cute. Pretty cute. Okay, here’s my cord. All of our warmers that need a light bulb come with the light bulb. Now let me also say though, that we have different colors of light bulbs. I know this one just because of the insert inside is going to shine yellow, but we have like an orange bulb I’ve seen where some people are putting an orange bulb in it. So inside there is the light socket. This is kind of a tricky one to put in there just because the opening’s so small. I have pretty small hands <laugh>, and it’s a little tricky to get in there. I can imagine someone with larger hands having a hard time
Just twisting that down in there, making sure I have it all the way in. I don’t know if I do or not. It seems a little crooked. Let’s take it out and try again. So there is like a plastic-y insert down inside here. I don’t know if you can see it in the video there. You can see it there. So it looks like it could be removed. I don’t know why you would want to remove it, but looks like you can if you would want to. There we go. Now it’s going in better for me. Okay, light bulb in. I have a little outlet here so we can plug it in.
Nope, I didn’t get that light bulb in. Oh no. <laugh>, my outlet wasn’t turned on. That would be the problem. There we go. How cute. Okay, it’s got the little notch in the back here, so it can set really well. I’m gonna take my dish, put it on. I will say the dish does have that glossy finish. Probably just to, you know, get the wax outta there. Better. I would assume if it was a matte finish that it would, would hold onto wax. Okay guys, like I said, I’m not a Disney fanatic. I’m not a Mickey fanatic, but this, I saw it in the catalog. I was like, okay, yeah, whatever. Cute in person. So freaking adorable. Oh my gosh, I absolutely love this. If you have been to Mickey Mouse’s, I think it’s called Not So Scary Halloween, I have a feeling that you’re gonna need that.
Okay, let’s talk about this bar of wax that goes along with it. It’s called Frightfully Delightful. You can see that it has the adorable Mickey Pumpkin logo on the front. If you have been following me for any amount of time, you know I don’t like pumpkin, but I know this is a pumpkin scent. Let me tell you, I had already smelled the bar, and here is my disclaimer. I don’t like pumpkin. Evidently. I’m not a basic white girl, but this one is okay, this one I can handle. It’s a little bit sweeter than a lot of the pumpkins. It’s not that pumpkin spice. It is a very sweet, sweet pumpkin. So Disney Ex or Disney explains it. Scentsy explains it as extraordinary golden pumpkin illuminated with Bright Harvest peach and delightful touches of whipped vanilla and brown sugar delivers the thrills of the season. So you can see it’s got the peach in there, it’s got the vanilla, it’s got the brown sugar.
It really sweetens up that pumpkin smell. Instead of the pumpkin spice, we’re going to the sweeter pumpkin smell. I absolutely enjoy this fragrance, which I thought I would never say about a pumpkin fragrance, but it is so yummy. Now let’s talk about price points. This warmer is $75. Guys, that is an amazing price point for a Disney licensed warmer. Now I’m giving us pricing, it’s gonna be different in different countries, but $75, I was dumbfounded that this was not over a hundred dollars. Just because it is licensed to buy Disney, we have to pay those licensing fees and I mean, it’s just exquisite. We have had other warmers, um, that I I thought were less. I don’t know, I, I don’t wanna put down any of our products, but I have had seen warmers that I thought were less cute for more money. I think this one is definitely worth the $75.
All of our wax bars, the license bars are always $6 and 50 cents. Now, the more that you buy, the cheaper they get. There’s a three pack and there is a six pack and you can mix and match those three packs and six packs with different fragrances. Now all licensed fragrances have to stay together.
