Hi there friend. Thanks so much for stopping by here at Jamie. Joe sells Wax. I am Jami Jo and I am thrilled to come to you guys today with a very light and subtle fragrance from S Scentsy Fragrance. I have been a S Scentsy consultant for over 15 years. I started with S Scentsy all the way back in October of 2008 and on this YouTube channel, I love to come to you guys and talk to you guys about all things Scentsy fragrance, product releases, tips and tricks, product reviews and fragrance reviews. And that is what we are doing today. Now, I often come to you guys with strong in your face fragrances because honestly, that’s my favorite. I love super, super strong fragrances that are way noticeable. But I have been hearing from quite a few customers lately who have been asking me about a light, calm, fresh fragrance, and that is what I am bringing to you guys today.
Today we’re going to be talking about the fragrance called Aloe water and cucumber. Now, normally I come to you guys with a bar of it like this. Uh, this is almost the same color, so I honestly could have pretended that this was it, but it’s not <laugh>. I was wiped out over Christmas from almost all my bars, and I’m still waiting on my order to come in. So I just grab one of my testers. And just to let you know, when you decide to become a Scentsy consultant and start a partnership with Scentsy Fragrance, you get an entire set of these testers. So I don’t know if you can see ’em. Oh, if I lean this way, they come in that black bag. It’s just stuffed full of all the catalog fragrance testers. So when you become a consultant, you get all of those. So that’s what we’re working with today.
Aloe water and cucumber, like I’ve already said, this is very light, it’s very fresh, it’s very clean. It is aloe water and cucumber peel, obviously from the name. Um, but it also has some palm frond and pineapple nectar and sense. He even tells us in their catalog description, they call it the Oso Mellow Fragrance, and that’s exactly what it is. So if you love just a fresh, clean fragrance, but you don’t want it to be overpowering in a space, this is the fragrance for you. I think this is a great fragrance for really any area of your home. I picture it personally for maybe a bedroom or a bathroom, but I don’t see why you couldn’t use it in the main living space or even in a kitchen. Just know that it is a very light fragrance and typically in a kitchen, people like a fragrance that has a little more oomph to it to overpower the smells of a kitchen.
Now let’s talk about the different products that you’re going to be able to get in this scent of aloe water and cucumber. Now, I’ve already told you that it is a catalog fragrance, so of course you’re gonna be able to get it in a bar of wax. All of our catalog fragrances are available in a minimum of three products, and that is a bar of wax, a scent circle, and a room spray. Let’s start with this bar of wax. If you are not familiar with s Scentsy Wax, we are, I could say that without any hesitation. We are the best wax melt on the market. There’s a reason for that. It’s because we use paraffin based wax. Now I have been to the warehouse where they put together, I, I won’t say they make the wax, they bring in the wax, but they put in the color and the fragrance.
It’s just outside of Boise, Idaho in a little town called Meridian. What is so cool about it is the wax. It comes in in a clear form first of all, and there’s a rail track right behind the um, manufacturing plant where this is made and the wax comes in on a train. They come right up to the factory with the wax and they bring it in. It is in clear form. They mix together the different fragrances. Most of our fragrance notes, I would say like 99% of them are gonna have at least three fragrances in there because there’s going to be a top note, a mid note and a base note. That is what gives our fragrances so much body and to where they last so long. We choose paraffin wax though because for three main reasons. The first is it has the highest sit loading ability.
That means that we can put the most fragrance oil in it more than any other type of wax. That’s one of the reasons we’re the best on the market. The other reason that we choose paraffin base wax is the low melting temperature of paraffin wax. Many of the other waxes have to be warmed to a higher temperature, and when you are doing that, you’re running the risk of burning. So our wax melts at a very low temperature, even fully melted if a little one were to put their fingers in it, or if one of your furry friends got their paw in it or a tail in it, they’re gonna be completely fine because it does not have to warm at a super high scorching temperature. The third reason that we choose paraffin based wax is for the pliability of the wax. It’s really easy to work with.
It doesn’t get super rock hard and nasty when it’s all dried out. It’s pliable. It’s really easy to clean up. So those are three of the reasons there’s more than that, but those are the three main reasons that we choose a paraffin based wax. And we are the best wax on the market. So that is a scent bar, $6 each. When you buy five, you get one free. I told you about the scent circle. Here’s the color of it. This is the color of Allo Water and cucumber. Each of our waxes has a different color associated with it, and even the color of this aloe water and cucumber is just a, a calm, chill color. So the ENT circle is made to hang freely from the rear view mirror of your car or anywhere else you choose to hang it. But remember those words hang freely.
There are sit oils in this product that if it’s up against a surface, it can harm that surface. So make sure that it is free hanging. Then of course we have our room spray. Now this teeny tiny little bottle really packs a punch. Of course, a room spray is mostly seen in the bathroom and it’s a room spray. I mean, we all know what that means. You spray it in the room. I do wanna give you a few tips and tricks with our room spray though. Have you guys seen a product out on the market that you spray in the toilet before you use the restroom? While our product can be used the exact same way our room spray, it is a oil-based room spray. So you can spray a couple squirts in the toilet bowl before you use the facilities, and anything that comes out is going to be trapped under that oil barrier.
So any stank that comes out is going to be trapped under oil. Then you just flush it away and you don’t even have to worry about it. That is a great trick for our room Spray another one. If you just spray this in the air and you have a tile bathroom, it can get really, really slippery. So what I like to do is just tear off one square of toilet tissue from the roll, spray this on that square, and then just lay it in the top of the trash bin in the bathroom. And that works much better than just spraying it in the air and making the ground all oily and icky and slick. Now, there’s a couple other products that you can get, uh, aloe water and cucumber in a scent pack, and I forgot to grab one. I have one right here though.
This is our scent pack. This is one in a different fragrance, but our scent pack is just a fabric sachet bag. These are fabulous for anywhere, and I legit mean anywhere. Since those fragrance oils are trapped inside the beads inside the bag, you don’t have to worry about laying this on surfaces or having it up against things. When my kids were still in school, they love to have these in their lockers. I keep one in my gym bag. Uh, they are all over our house. They are in dresser drawers. They are in linen closets. They are in the way back back of my SUV. The scent pack is I think our most versatile of all products. You can also get all water and cucumber in the car bar, a step up from the scent circle. It is plastic instead of cardboard, which means that it can hold a little bit more fragrance oil and gonna last a lot longer.
So car bar is another option. You can also get all water and cucumber in our pods. So if you are a fan of a fan of our fan diffusers, see what I did there. Yeah, I know it doesn’t look like it, but it is actually wood and it soaks at those oils and puts the fragrance out into the room.
