Hey there friends. Today we are going to be talking about the Best Scentsy Scents air purifier. Did you even know that we had an air purifier <laugh> it. One of our newer products in the S Scentsy fragrance line. That’s what this bad boy is here right behind me. I have been using the S Scentsy air purifier for quite some time and when I talk to people about the S Scentsy air purifier, they ask me one question, does it work? I mean, come on friends. Of course it works. I wouldn’t be sharing it with you if it didn’t work. Now I am not gonna spout off a bunch of scientific mumbo jumbo stuff. I’m just gonna show you my s Scentsy air purifier today because it is time for me to change the filter. So we’re going to do that together and I am going to show you why I tell you yes, absolutely the S Scentsy air purifier does work.
Guys, if we’ve never met before, my name is Jami Jo and I have a Best Scentsy Scents fragrance company called Jami Jo Sells Wax, and I have a partnership with Scentsy Fragrance. I have had a partnership with them since all the way back in October of 2008. So at the time of this filming, it is over 14 years I’ve been working with them. We started out with wax and warmers. You could see a warmer, oh, I can’t do it backwards there. That’s a warmer there. We started out with those. We have branched out into so many different product lines, but this air purifier is amazing. I absolutely love it. So I am going to grab it, bring it up closer to you guys and show it to you. Let you know why I love it and why I claim that it works. Um, you’ll see this little orange light right here is illuminated.
That is my filter needs changed light. So we’re gonna change the filter real quick and then I’m going to jump through and show you all of the features of the Scentsy air purifier. So I’m gonna undo that plug. Before I take out the filter, I’m going to pop out these pods and I didn’t think to grab, oh, I have some pods behind me. So pods go in the top. That’s how it becomes Scentsy fragrance because of course we’re a fragrance company. Everything has to smell good, right? Okay, I’m going to turn over my air filter, air purifier and unlock it. The base does lock in and I am going to pull out my filter. Ooh, okay, so this is the one just down in my office. This room is about 600 square feet. Now Scentsy says that the air purifier is good for about 200 square feet, this room is 600 square feet, but obviously it’s still working. This is my clean air purifier guys. Look at the difference there. Okay, so you ask me, does it work? I’ll let you answer that. Does it work <laugh>? I mean, my answer is a definite yes because that stuff would’ve still been in the air if it wasn’t for this air purifier.
So that’s why my answer is definite yes. This air purifier does work. I am going to grab this Best Scentsy Scents. I am going to put this nasty, gross thing right in this box so that stuff doesn’t go back into the air. Ew. And I’m gonna close it right up, all self-contained so I can throw it away. I don’t wanna be breathing that stuff again. Now, sometimes when I go to change my filter, there is even like some dust and fuzz coming out of the sides. I was really good this time and decided to change my filter a lot earlier than normal <laugh>. So I don’t have to worry about that. So I’m just gonna pop the clean filter right in there. There is a little, um, I don’t know if you can see it there, a little arrow on the base. So it tells me how to put that base back on there. Okay, where aren’t you cooperating? Oh, it wasn’t fully in there. Okay guys, it’s not normally this difficult. What is going on?
There we go. Okay, air filter back in, new filter back in. Let me before I plug it back in, ’cause the cord doesn’t reach this far. I wanna show you the different features on this air purifier and then we’re gonna get into the nitty gritty scientific stuff. So there’s four buttons. The top one is the on off button. The next one is your timer options. You can just leave it going all the time. That’s what I do. Uh, but then you can choose to just let it run for two hours, four hours or six hours. The next button has a picture of a fan on it. You have, uh, the options of auto setting high or low auto setting means it’s gonna read the air and if it thinks it needs to be on high, it’s gonna kick into high. Once the Best Scentsy Scents air is clean, it’s gonna kick down to low.
Um, I always just keep mine on low personally. And then the bottom button is the light option button. So you might’ve seen at the first of the video, you’ll see it at the end too when I plug it in. This illuminates when I have this turned on. Now there’s a couple options for that. I can have the light on and it is an indicator light. It will turn red when the air is nasty and it is angry and working or it will turn white. When it tells you that the air is clean in my office, I usually leave that indicator light on. But up in my bedroom, that light can actually be pretty dang bright. So I turn the light option off on my Best Scentsy Scents air purifier that I have in my bedroom. Now I showed you the pods. We are going to grab a new set of pods.
I have some Amazon rain right back here. S Scentsy pods are little plastic cages with fragrance beads inside. So I’m just gonna pop one in both of those. You can use the air purifier without it. I mean, why? Why, why would you want to? But you can use the air purifier without it. It will still clean the air. It just doesn’t add the fragrance. Um, or you can use one if you don’t like it as strong. I like fragrance super duper strong. So I always put two in there. So here’s how it works. It sucks In the dirty air down here, you can see a difference. I mean there’s holes all over it, but you could see a difference. Dirty air goes in here, it goes past that filter, and that filter is a HEPA H 13 filter. It is capable of removing at least 99.95% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns.
I don’t know how small that is, but I’m assuming it’s pretty dang small. Um, that includes dust, pollen, mold, bacteria, bacteria, bacteria. So your environment is left clean and beautifully scented. Um, I have one cat, but other than that, my house is pretty dang clean. And you saw how nasty that air purifier got. Now I do live in Oklahoma. It can get pretty dusty and pollen is insane here. So there’s that. Every different environment is going to be completely different. So I told you all the features of this. I told you it’s recommended for 200 square foot rooms, but I have this one in 600 square feet and I still feel like it works really well. So I am going to plug it back in and show you. I bet, I bet it might prove me wrong, but I bet it’s gonna turn red when I turn it on because it’s gonna think that the air’s dirty.
Oh, I was wrong. It definitely wants to prove me wrong. So it is on auto right now. I don’t know if you can hear this in the video, but I’m just gonna push the button through the different settings. Oh, there we go. Kicked into high and it’s pretty mad. Usually when I hold it up close to me, it gets pretty angry because I use a lot of hair product and a lot of perfume. And so that kind of really makes it upset. So it kicked into high and it turned red. I’m gonna put it down to low. I’m also gonna show you this bottom button turns that light off. It’s still working, it’s still on, but it just turns that light option off. So I absolutely love my s Scentsy air purifier. See, it’s already happy. Again, absolutely love my SS Scentsy air purifier. I have one down here in my office. I have one up in our bedroom. I am not a doctor. I can’t make any medical quotes for legal reasons, but I will tell you that I feel like my allergies are easier to manage when I use the air purifier, especially in my bedroom. I’m pretty sure that I’m allergic to cats, but like I told you, I have a cat and my cat loves to lay on top of me and lays in our bed. So I torture myself that way. I like to tell myself that the air purifier helps a little bit.
